I love this place! Not always perfect, but for the price, cleanliness, location, and quiet demeanor, it's just perfect for me. Close to many restaurants, Downtown Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino. Great meals at Java Caliente Cafe, inside the casino! Try their daily specials out! And last but not least, the owners and staff are very pleasant and accommodating :)
I like the service provided by the front desk, the facilities are well maintained and the housekeeping is good. Location is very convenient you have a liquor store and a Mexican restaurant as neighbors. Very close to downtown area.
Great budget hotel if you only need to spend a few nights in Palm Springs. The location is excellent. A few minutes by bus gets you to the best places downtown and the bus runs frequently. AC works great, room was clean (but very old). The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.

The pool was nice. Palm Springs is a nice city away from the busyness of the likes of LA. Location ia very handy. Rustic mediterranean look to the hotel inside and out. Perfect for those 44 degree C days.
